Why was my post about streamlining feedback removed? I don't get it why it was moderated?!

To the Medial team, For a post posted 5 mins back, its 5m For a post posted 5 months back, its 5m Seriously?? or am I getting it wrong

I posted 2 post and both gets removed by platform and this post was fulfilling guidelines es I think this is not free speech platform

Interesting that I am getting followed by people, by not posting anything on this app.
