In Scheduled delivery, you can club various orders from same locality to reduce the costs and well in urgent delivery basis, you can add extra costs and minimum order value also I guess in the start the 8 min timestamp will be harder to achieve but maybe give real time stamp and then gradually improve your timestamp.
