Doing quantitative analysis of work in story points estimates, while expecting ownership of grooming the feature, collaborating with respective stakeholders, but being answerable to only those things that are incomplete
I’ve had enough of it. Leadership is failing for me when you are saying own things, but you are evaluating inputs on the same time.
