There's always been a problem in completing the protein intake for people going to gym and we also have sweet cravings If we actively avoid sugar so I'm thinking of starting a ice cream brand which has zero sugar and high protein How's the idea ?

Good Sector & Creative idea tho . But the moment you add "zero Sugar" tag we automatically know that it'll be bad in taste and ofcourse it'll be costly + people will often think ek din khane se kya hoga . Even I go to gym, Sugar once in a while it's fine .

I tried some ice creams which are in the market with zero sugar and they actually taste good Assume you and your friends go out your friends eat a ice cream which has sugar and no protein meanwhile you are on strict diet so wouldn't u take this icecream which has no sugar and high in protein
