I thought to keep 2-3 persons fir reach out and 2 editors ...but I'm kinda confused that how should I split the money ...for eg: client is paying 100rs. Then accordingly what should be the split of...the person(who find the client,editor, agency)

I mean in this case you are one who need to find the clients and onboard them as your client and outsourcing the work to someone else.
