I thought to keep 2-3 persons fir reach out and 2 editors ...but I'm kinda confused that how should I split the money ...for eg: client is paying 100rs. Then accordingly what should be the split of...the person(who find the client,editor, agency)

For stater i would say, keep it accordingly to the workload - don't make them permanent in the start and secondly make a pipeline that'll help ya in distribution of the funds . I'm kinda interested in your work - would like to know more about it if that's cool with you
