It may not be relevant to startups or something, but I just want to share something.
I am in 4th year, and my placement season started. Till new two companies visited our college. One was 25 LPA, and another is 7 LPA.
I didn't make it the 25LPA one
Same situation bro my all friend get placed at 7 lpa in TCS and I am rejected but be positive that think that God have other and better plan for you

My friend just got 22 lpa in Qualcomm( 15 base) .. He is 2023 pass out and have immense knowledge and done many diy projects.

Currently all the company are laying off their staffs and not even hiring. Atleast 10,00,000 btech students every year and not many are getting placed and what will the students do paid 12-20 lakhs as fees and getting placed at 3-4 lpa on average and

At IIT Hyderabad, still 46% students yet to be placed. Then imagine what is the situation in tier 2 and tier 3 college.
One more question, if you are building your startup, how many chances are there that you will hire your team from your college?
College education is so overrated. Students are taught 6-7 subjects per semester and out of that hardly one subject finds real life application. Reading these many subjects for 3-4 years, then preparing for post graduation and then for a job... Harsh
