That's just a problem and you're the ceo so you need to solve this by taking support from people's who has great network in doctor's community also this idea just needs to create a buzz in a particular city and after that everyone in that city use your app then it's really easy to enroll in other cities doctors too . Actually these types of apps needs strong back-up support and i think you should try to approach any health minister of particular state also provide them equity . it's takes lots of dedication and hard work
