Ideas aren't cheap, and execution isn't everything. Because wtf will you execute if you've no ideas?

Sometimes a company reaches the poiny where it starts to function itself,. That's when the productivity and growth becomes stagnant.

This line from Mark Zuckerberg " ideas doesn't come naturally, it comes naturally when you start working on it". I think in my case it was so true. Stop doubting yourself.
