If we closely observe your idea for top 3 then it has lot's of flaws like Tech , sustainable growth , infrastructure , and high capital needed for achieving your overall Full fledged business plan also according to Investors requirment you need to generate 5X to 10x return of seed funding so it's really for this idea to give these types of returns in 1-2 years .
