You make a post/reply, it goes and stores in the backend (server) and from there whenever any one uses the app or opens your post/reply, it fetches the data and shows you on your screen. That's the simplest explanation i can give.

Yes it does. All the codes are uploaded on remote server (online) and thus even if Medial's team switch off all their devices and go on a holiday, it would work
