Giving equity for this type of job is really bad thing . Atleast that person should add some value in your startup . You can hire intern anyday without giving equity Because in future you will face lots of problems with equity sharing . If you already decided to execute this decision then also sign buyback agreement with your partner because this will increase company sequrity and ceo power .

Never go for an unpaid internship, as you'll be doing work and giving your time, which has value. If your time has no value, then you, yourself, have no value. #time #intern #job
