Apart from the health benefits, Plant-based milk alternatives, such as almond, oat, soy and rice milk, have a much lower emissions footprint. Is this a growing market? What are the likely challenges and opportunities according to you?

These alternatives are significantly more expensive than cow's milk. For most Indians, the environmental benefits don't justify the higher cost, limiting widespread adoption.
