Personalised in what sense exactly? I mean delivery ko kitna hi personalise karoge? Kya route lena hai, kaha parcel drop karna hai, bell bajana hai ya nahi etc types personalise?

For eg. A cake baker wants to send a cake Dunzo/Porter/Borzo not having any specific option to select Activa or similar to keep cake infront. But at same we provide the same if it's a cake baker/hamper we by default send an Activa or similar. Also at same you can ask rider to send a picture once delivered but not always you get we make sure at each delivery picture is taken And may more changes
