This Time I totally agree with this Ishan Sharma but sadly bro is getting a lot of hate. The argument he's making is fair enough tbh. Tip imo is a way of expressing gratitude towards the service you're getting by the worker. It's your choice to give tip not a compulsory thing.

But that's the culture over there, and people feels they owe it. Tipping is regarded as an act of respect and honor. It's a premium country, everyone has to make a living to afford high expenses. So like in any other country, few bad actors who can't afford much will take whatever they can
