I am Yogesh Deshpande building tecksack an Indian outsourcing firm which deals with outsourcing customer service department of companies from west. AI is there in the market but can never replace the power of bargaining which only a human can do I have more than 2000 clientlist from USA who likely outsource their customer service department to India. I am operating from Pune which is itself beneficial for outsourcing businesses quality of employment,manpower,low real estate cost everything. India gets $1800 per agent per month and one client minimum opts for 10 seats which makes $18000(15 lakhs) monthly revenue from one client. I need an investment of 4 lakhs for this business for marketing and building tech infrastructure if anyone is interested do let me know. I'll be diluting around 25-30 percent of the company.
