What vision does he have for medial say in the next decade, what will it look like?

I asked this and got a response, I'm paraphrasing it: "I want Medial to be the centre for innovation and professionalism. a kid from Vietnam should be able to take advice from a veteran in the US and collaborate with a like minded guy from India to work on something."
