Yesterday I got a call from a friend of mine saying that, after applying to many jobs from LinkedIn and some other platforms she isn't even been called to the interview, however able to clear the written exam but no response further. I've asked a question "why do you want someone to recruit you? What's the value you're going to give to the company" and then didn't even recieved a response and till now didn't even get a return call. Just applying randomly without the required skill to the post and not even the requirements are being read. The only qualification she had is an MBA and that too from Tier 2 college would that be enough to get a job?
