As a member of a tech community what features would you like to have in an ecosystem which is tailored only for tech people? Or what problems do you feel can be solved by building an ecosystem for technical community?

Is Medial's target audience greater than Tech community in India?
If a Startup is really Tech Driven and needs a Huge Investment in Tech aspects then how can I have a prototype of it to pitch in front of VCs or Investors ?
