Our team wants to start a community which emphasis on practicing hobby/hobbies. What age group of people would be interested in this mostly? And what approach should we take to make people join our community/club?

People are so afraid of telling their Idea. They don't understand that it takes more than an Idea to establish a Company. Many and many things changes along the way. Idea doens't come fully formed, they do when you work on them. The Designing, Crafts
How do you brainstorm upon an idea ?
I usually do Chat-GPT and Gemini but, problem with them is they don't criticize the idea well, also they don't build further upon idea.
