While we do not offer a salary at this time, once we secure funding and achieve sustainable revenue, salaries will be provided. In the interim, team members receive a percentage of profits. Percentage of profit sounds like a decent deal but then i think if the profits were huge enough, companies would rather pay 1/10th in salaries because ultimately they expect every employee to give an ROI of 10x or 100x right?
