Just going through sabji Matket and binge with an idea Example, pick vegetables like onion which have a life span of ~2 months and kept in a cooling facility If we buy in harvest season in bulk where it's price are less than 10rs. Kg often and after 1 or 2 months mostly it's price rose by 30-4o rs. which is Atleast 3 to 4 times . And if includes other factors like transport and labour Can we earn good amount. Your opinion matters.

It's price rose just because someone else is storing them in cool facility, bearing the maintenance cost so that they can sell it in off season obviously will be priced high.
