I think that in Pakistan or in India even it's middle or upper class if it's free people will take it even they afford it and moreover I think that Targeted people for advertisement are upper and middle class. As for plastic bottles I am with you it's wrong but a variant of this business in UK or america(I don't remember the place) do the same but paper containers .
