@Yash, Healthtech is broad term so please specify your domain of products and services. The basics are understanding of market demand either it's hospitals, Doctors, patients in your target location. I can list down the skills required only if the se

Every hospital has its own lab for tests, they just reply give the blood sample ...who will schedule the time for tests in a hospital ? Secondly medical pharmacy available in every hospital why they consider online when it's available in the same ho
I haven't included the concept of Pharmacy yet , and for Tests let's say you want to do 2 Tests MRI and ECG, so what our app will do , we will comply with Hospitals and will schedule a time for you for 2 back to back tests so that you don't have to w
Outside hospital you do anything that's irrelevant, but in the hospital , you can't do anything. Hospital has its own protocol. Will not entertain Outsiders. Tests will be conducted based on the availability of the machine in the hospital either
You are saying correct , emergency is a different scenario , we are just adjusting their time slots , nothing else and having their hospital on the Platform
It's like ...your friend has a kitchen , you cannot guide them what to cook & when to cook . How can you adjust time slot of what ? Every tests has different procedures & waiting time was to add some additional dyes , adding water or adding some oin
In a nutshell , You are saying Waiting is Justified ? OK
I'm a Doctor, hence I'm responding to this subject, Outside hospital you can do any marketing strategies but in the hospital you can't. Every hospital has its own policy, they don't want to loose patients trust. Because every patient is very valuable and his role in mouth to mouth verbal marketing is very important especially in India, just because of some outside private companies they don't want to loose their valuable business & patients. Practo ,liberate also tried this but failed to convince the hospital & the patients. Many tried this many failed , if you still wants to continue that's great , All the best & prayers always ..........
