@Yash, Healthtech is broad term so please specify your domain of products and services. The basics are understanding of market demand either it's hospitals, Doctors, patients in your target location. I can list down the skills required only if the service/products are clear.

@yash Sorry to disappoint you but There's no value prop or USP in your startup. Practo, 1mg and there are many other platforms are providing almost similar services. When you say no paperwork, you're going to face a lot of lelgal issues. Compliances and Govt guidelines are the most complicated aspect of this industry. Please come up with any niche service from all the above services. Stick to the one service. All the very best.
