I have an one startup idea which make revolution in real estate sector. I want to create platform were common middle class people's invest in commercial properties with sharing ownership and enjoys rental benefits.
In your opinion, what should a first year college student do to create his own startup?
Should I read? Or should I go out learn things by myself? Or should first learn how the industries? Or should I start a venture and then figure out the things?

Just a 18 year old trying to figure out what to start
I really like one thing about myself,
If I don't know how to do a particular task , I panic but then, I trust myself, I will figure out a way to do it and get it done anyhow.
And that is same here , with all of us right? Every entrepreneur.
