I have an idea, How about creating an application for college students. Here you can make your team based on your development. One web developer search for other on that app on same college or different based on their choice and same for other developments. By this together they can make a good project. In most of the cases only 1-2 members from a team works for a project others just take the credit cause of friendship. This will also make them to build the connection, they can share ideas and knowledge too. You can also post your doubt and if anyone knows he/she can help you out on that also.
