And also what you listed yours thought are in reverse manner at first you start knowing about the software and tools used in this then apply that in making an app or a website for SME and MSE market's for D to c brands then jump into the market because if you don't jump into it until then you don't know where to go and what to do and also what problem they are facing on the phisical aspects
