Bruh mostly angel investors are from your family network, college alumni and friends network. A random person definitely do not invest in you for most of the time. If they should you need to be either have some great credibility like from iits, worked in big mncs and much more. Until then it's useless man, trust me.

If you have a very good background like IIT, IIM or any successful startup then it's quite easy else you have show them your numbers and work to grab their attention
