Yes, but India is one of the top nations who have large number of freelancers. Due to this, with my freelance experience, people are ready to do project very less prices also. For example, I quoted a project for x dollars for a heavy AI project plus web integration. There are people who accepted for x/10 dollars. Client want whole AI software + a working web application handling it. If you want to fix the freelance system only in india, then getting projects to all freelancers is difficult thing.
