Easier said than done but you can interact more and ask questions without any reservations, note down things /jargon you would really like to understand. Dedicate a few hours every week to read up on those topics. It will be an incremental progress but you will be in a much better situation as you progress. Things and jargon especially in tech change fast so it is a continuous process and a journey to bend in and be on top of things.
