Most of the betting apps are illegal, but yes, there is a part of it legal with the so-called concept of game of skills, but I do not think so these apps will be confident to present themselves in a same interface like swiggy and zomato prices in a single interface, but that does not matter until users want them to be, I think it can become a business but reverse engineering API handling funds allocation, it is chaotic and uncertain at the same time but not very profitable(I don't think people who are betting money are going to pay you for this service infact a lot of them aren't much educated that is why they fall in this trap of betting). To better understand your problem statement, you can discuss it further with people who play these games and gain true insights and pain points.
