They are building a platform to provide liquidity for private company's ESOPs, which will benefit employees of those companies with better liquidity option and retail investors to invest in startups.

They are just another company like others which are providing platform for startup investment by retailers. I am thinking bigger they are doing just a part of my idea.

Having a greater vision is important but while building there will be constraints interms of resources, insights, customer feedback etc finding a niche and building an exceptional product will assist in building trust and facilitates in capturing adjacent segments.
