Zepto lies in comfort product not a need . It's not that people don't wanna pay premium for that but most people just can't But as India's economy and income percapita increases the userbase for zepto would rise but it's a timetaking process like look at Amazon it's kind of same thing but till zepto makes it anything can't be surely said

Firstly you need to analyse what zepto is offering 10 min food delivery 10 min grocery delivery 10 min medicine delivery 10 min home service delivery 10 min quick commerce delivery Fastest growing company in india and they are backed by lot's of big Investors even they have proper product market fit with great positioning . We all know that they are really good in execution and according to me soon they become most convenient app in india

They have potential, it is a big market, but they are going down the same path as byjus Market share wont last when consumers arent happy, and dark UI practices by Zepto are driving customers away. Mostly concerned with Zepto pass, but also one too many ads, ux patterns, button placements, etc.

The negative point I am thinking off is if the elements of deep discounting goes of in future then the growth will kick in or not.
