How hard is it to get pre-seed funding in India?
I don't have any resources but I do have an EXECUTIONABLE idea ;)

Keep everything simple, be a salesperson, sale your idea to VCs. Tell them what problem you are solving, describe the problem, make the believe that the problem is very real, after they understand problem pitch your solution (as a superhero entry in movies).
