The pro of subscription model is that users will not struggle for refund (users of most edtech companies are complaining
I may be wrong but according to me people these days are actually lazy I know many people who just took the subscription and they never used it almost 70-80% and their subscription is on auto pay so most of them just forgets about it.
Please enlighten me if I am wrong.
