Serious I too don't know but it's not easy, but If it's that easy Google will be implemented it maps with AI. So very deep research and new inventions are needed for precise navigation. Only companies who have lots of data, money and previous exp can do that. That's why I believe a new commer can't do it. Even if he does some big tech will vanish whole work in days.
