I love his ability to make connections but I feel like most of his insights don't address the topic. And I think that he makes very broad generalizations - for example the point about entrepreneurs realising that services are unreliable so they focus on product. There are incredible entrepreneurs that have made it big by focussing on the service sector. The service sector being bad is hardly a reason for an entrepreneur to focus on better branding lol . And also what does dignity of labour have to do with branding. Just think that some of his insights are a stretch. Am I missing out on something?
