šÆ The Founder's Balancing Act: Perfectionism vs. Learning by Doing I want to share a personal reflection on my journey as a founder and an observation of the paths taken by the incredible entrepreneurs in our Relevant Climb community. One of the most crucial skills for any founder is finding the subtle balance between doing your best and having the courage to put your work out into the world to gather real-life feedback and iterate accordingly. In other words, it's about striking a balance between perfectionism and learning by doing. Perfectionism often masquerades as our fear of facing reality, hiding behind thoughts like, "We just need one more feature before we release it." We all know that people are quick to judge, and rejection can be painful. However, the framework that has been incredibly helpful to me is: "Create the best version you can today, put it out there, and iterate." By following this framework daily, you can: šŖ Push yourself to work hard and create the best possible version of your product or service. š Gather real-world feedback by releasing your work to your target audience. š± Focus on improving the things that truly matter based on the insights you gain. This approach allows you to strike a balance between striving for excellence and adapting to the needs of your market. If this framework resonates with you, give it a try and let me know if it helps you on your entrepreneurial journey!
