Hello everyone, I recently founded ITzak Technologies two months ago, and all the initial setup is complete. Our company specializes in mobile application development, web application development, data consultancy, SEO, UI/UX, and digital marketing services. With a background in technology, I am now seeking assistance in sales. My current budget is fixed at 20k per month for this initial stage, and I am looking for someone who can generate leads and help with conversions. I have tried hiring freshers, but they often lack motivation. Additionally, those with some experience are demanding 35k to 40k per month despite having less than a year of experience for a Business Development Executive position. I am feeling quite confused about how to proceed. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

It's tempting to go for the quick fix of hiring someone, but have you really nailed down your target market and value proposition? I wasted a bunch of cash on sales before I figured that out. Once I did, leads started coming in organically. Maybe take a step back and do some customer research? Talk to potential clients, understand their pain points. It might feel like you're losing time, but trust me, it'll make your sales efforts 10x more effective down the line.

Consider a hybrid approach to sales, Instead of relying solely on a full-time BDE, you could split your budget between a part-time experienced salesperson and some targeted digital marketing efforts. This way, you get some expert help without breaking the bank, and get solid expertise too
