Can you please share some knowledge about, how a technical guy can switch to the management or business related roles...?
I'm trying to switch my career from technical role to management kind of non technical role.

considered a Business Analyst role? It's a great middle ground between tech and management. You get to use your tech knowledge to talk to the dev team, but you're also working with stakeholders to figure out what the business actually needs.
Hi all, Need one suggestion, which one will be better option to choose:
Business Analyst role with service based company or Technical role with product based company with experience of 2.5 years?
Do we have any Business Analysts here who can suggest good courses/ youtube teachers for skilling and make a job switch to Business Analyst role at product based company?
