I crashed my co-founder's first date with all my employees And it was such a fun thing to do The look on his face [See image] was totally worth it As a leader, I realized that fun is important to keep everyone motivated and happy. Yeah we hear a lots of jokes about rangoli competition the HR people organize but I guess that's their way of bringing fun At my company I am the CEO, the HR, the Sweeper, the Cook, I am basically their mom when they are at the office. And then me being me I have to be the craziest when it comes to fun So I did this, lol. I was scared that my co founder would get angry or something but my boy took it well, so lets cheer him for being a great sport Also, I guess from now onwards no one in my office is going to share if they are going on a date. What's the craziest fun thing you guys ever did? I am already planning the next crazy thing to beat this one
