Just saw an American startup received 2.5 million dollar funding but spent 1.8 million dollar in just buying domain. What do you guys think of this decision ? Is it worth it ? By the way the domain is friend.com

i saw the product at first i thought okay but we are making a future for dumber, lonelier humans but still this product will rock and they got the attention too (marketing 🚀)
