Answering your question: Does this idea have a market? I'll say yes. There's a need to have a personalized solution designed only for India cause it's a diverse country and don't have a single language like other countries. Another question was about the pricing plan: India is a price sensetive market so you should atleast have a free plan that gives a basic features to the users. I think you should check "Bhashini" by government of India.
