History as in just knowing them or they helped you in the past?
We all take history class in school, but never a future class. They teach the past, not the future. Weโre guided by what was, but shouldnโt we be prepared for whatโs coming? Education should include a future classโso weโre not just stuck in the past
What I have realised using Social Media from the past 2 years us that 'engagement' is the king.
Same applies with the SaaS or start-up as well, keep them engaged and entertainment with them.
They will not forget!
