A few people are using ATM's nowadays. After demonatization I used ATM only 23-25 times. And same goes with my friends and family. After UPI we lost the thing.

I remember using an app with the same functionality during covid days. It got the ATM status by users using the app. It wasn't that reliable.

Better try to solve why it doesn't have money and what can be done. You will just show which atm has money leading to either that atm running out of money or having long queues. Along with that, show incompetent banks and government, thereby just working with the problem instead of for the problem.
