I live in Hazaribagh (Jharkhand) and want to start business with low capital of 1 Lakh. Please suggest some profitable business ideas which I can run here. I have no business background and doing job in private firm.

Please help me understand, If every new business is being labelled as startup. Is there a fine line where something cannot be classified as startup?
