I just finished my btech, but I found out I don't want to code. I want to work in finance in private equity funds, etc. I also don't have good marks to get into iim. What should i do?

Is it good taking admission in MBA without any work experience as a fresher. OR work exp is better doing before MBA ?
But most top collages required atleast 2 year work exp that's the problem I have to wait for 2 year and then more 2 years total 4 y
I started my accounting firm one year ago, I am not an CA but MBA with good experience in accounting but still struggling to get clients even struggling to pay rent and expenses, anyone who already faced the same situation or knows how to handle this
