i want to create an app all solo. how much money do you guys think will be required from the start of the creation of the app till the launch of the app? also if you guys could recommend me how do i learn app development to be a really good app dev

It depends on the features you wanna put on it. Basically there are lotta stuffs starting from UI, then the integrations along with the programming. But you can opt for a no coder platform as well. But again for maintenance and security you will need some amount to invest on it. Also if you want to generate revenue from it , it involves sales and marketing. Basically if you ain't from CS background, it's better to go for no code platforms , as learning programming takes quite the time from basics .
