hate more stuff to carry around. Could you design the dispenser to be wall-mounted in public restrooms instead? That way, people don't have to remember to bring their own. Might be an easier sell to building managers too.

Yeah, but, the main problem is we would have to touch that seat and then place that seat cover... That's why we need build a devic Instead... aliso, Instead of a wall mounted dispenser, we should sell a device which restaurants and petrol pumps (at least) can buy and hang it to the wall...
